Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BowlPulp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Services
BowlPulp provides web design, web development, custom Discord bots, Discord community management, automation, and related digital services.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be defined within individual project agreements or proposals.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate information and materials.
- • Respond to project requests in a timely manner.
- • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- • Ensure content provided does not violate third-party rights.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, and final balances will be specified in project agreements.
Failure to complete payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or withholding of project files until balances have been settled.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.
BowlPulp reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services, hosting platforms, APIs, or software dependencies.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BowlPulp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement with written notice, subject to any agreed contractual obligations.
Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work and any approved expenses incurred before termination.
